Mens GroupProgram Information
Our Men’s group runs every week out of our Kiama downs HQ. Each week the men do a walk followed by a gym session upstairs. Our group training sessions allow clients to work on their strength and fitness in the gym while training in a team environment. The benefits of working within a group environment allows for higher engagement, motivation from peers as well as working towards personal goals within our community environment. We have multiple trained personal trainers within our staff and each session is run by a trainer with all other staff helping to facilitate the gym session.
Times & Days
Our Mens group runs every Tuesday & Thursday between 9.30am- 2pm
Tuesdays are focused a little more on basketball and playing 3 on 3 games as the boys that come have a passion for playing and watching basketball.
