Girls Group

Program Information

Our girls group runs every week out of our Kiama Downs HQ. Most weeks the girls will start with a walk, then gym upstairs followed by lunch together. We have 6 trained personal trainers within our staff and each session is run by a trainer with all other staff helping to facilitate the gym session. Female staff are roster on for these groups. Once a month they will miss gym and go out on a social outing or experience they have been wanting to try.
