Meal Prep Monday

Program Information

Our Monday meal prep focuses on clients building their independent cooking skills in the kitchen. Each week clients decide on a meal they all want to make to prepare some meals for the coming week. Making small changes to our meals to make them healthier is one of our main focuses. As meal prep is conducted after our walk and gym on a Monday we aim to keep meals high in protein with carbs and fats and incorporate learning about the different types of macro nutrients our bodies need to recover from gym sessions.

10.30 – 11.15am Walk
11.15 – 12pm Gym
12 – 2pm  Meal Prep & Lunch

NDIS Funding and Out Of Pocket Costs

NDIS funding – Group based community, social and rec activities. Quote of weekly price on request

Meal Prep Mondays has an out of pocket cost of $20 to cover food costs.
