About Us
Who Are Movement Five?Movement Five was co-founded in 2020 by James and Kaela to deliver new aged and modern support work.
James and Kaela are trained Primary and High school teachers and personal trainers.
During their time teaching they both worked in learning and support which helped spark their early work and interest in the NDIS.
Since 2020, Movement Five has grown and now spans a team of over 40 support staff. Movement Five are changing the way people look at support work and how we engage with people living with a disability. We are all about bringing clients into their communities to achieve their goals, creating healthier habits all while enjoying themselves working alongside their support worker.

THE NAME
Why Movement Five?
Coming from a PD/H/PE teaching background health is taught from an overall perspective of five dimensions, these are your mental, physical, social, cultural and spiritual health.
The interrelationship between these factors is what provides optimal health with neither one being more important than the other.
Movement Five was built around encompassing all areas of people’s health and wellbeing which is why we offer services that relate to these dimensions of health in the hopes to move towards improvement in a client’s health in a holistic approach.
Further to this the FIVE stands for the five services that we offer. 1:1 support, PT & group training, Social and Recreational activities, Camps & Trips away

You make contact with M5 about one of our programs or support services
REFERRAL FORM & DETAILS
We will send you our online referral form where you can give us some more information on the kind of support you are looking for.
MEET & GREET
We meet one another and we map out what support will look like. We also give you the relevant enrolment forms so we are ready to go at the next step.
FORMS & APP SET UP
Once the enrolment forms are completed, we give you an app login and details on how to use it. We also send you out our client handbook.
Support Starts
Refer to app for shift details for first support. We will also follow up with you after your first support session.
