Our Five

We offer 5 different services that cater to those with mild to moderate disabilities and have a strong focus on tailoring our services to each individual needs to provide an environment that promotes meeting their needs to work towards their goals. 

Our 5 services work both across a weekly basis as well as one off trips or camps throughout the year, you do not need to be a weekly client to request a spot on our trips we offer.

Group Training

Our Group gym training is run every day from Monday – Friday in the mid morning at Coastal Fitness Movement, above our HQ at Kiama Downs.

We have five staff members who are qualified fitness instructors and personal trainers who run these sessions.

*No additional fee is charged for the use of gym.

*Pick up and drop off from home is available for all sessions

Personal Training

Experience personalied support designed to meet your unique needs with our personal training.

Our compassionate team of certified trainers are here to provide the assistance and guidance you require on your journey to improved well-being. We understand that each person’s abilities and challenges are different, and our trainers are dedicated to helping you achieve your goals.

Movement Five Personal Training

One on One Support

Our Tailored 1:1 support is individualised to help participants reach their personal goals and cater to their specific needs.

We will match a support worker who we and the client believe will best be suited to them. Support can either be kept the same each week or changed if variety is what you are after.

As we are a holistic based company, we look to help participants in a variety of ways, this may include learning to skateboard, become more active, improve on goal setting, learning to cook and food shop for the week or work along clients in their team sport training sessions.

Movement Five Holiday Camps

Camps & Trips

During school holidays we run camps for clients in Primary and High school.

Week one of  each holiday is our primary aged camp and the second week is our high school age group camp.

Locations of these vary but we always make sure to choose locations with good facilities and lots of activities, these are usually 2 night camps.

We plan adult trip away each term for 2-3 nights which vary in locations as well. 

STA & Respite Shoalhaven Location

 

We are now offering respite at Shoalhaven!

At our Shoalhaven HQ, we offer individuals a haven of support and understanding.
