Group Gym

Program Information

Our Group training takes place everyday Monday to Friday above our HQ at Coastal Fitness Movement in Kiama Downs. Our sessions always incorporate a walk before the gym to loosen the legs, have a coffee, a chat and get warmed up for the gym. We have 6 qualified trainers that work with us at Movement Five to facilitate the session, all other workers that are on help throughout the sessions.

Our Group training fosters a sense of camaraderie, allowing participants to connect with peers who share similar experiences and challenges. The structure of these group sessions work on physical and strength goals as well as refines communication skills and encourages teamwork. Participants learn to set and achieve goals, build strong foundations and learn the benefits that physical health can have on all other factors of our overall health. Transport can be provided for clients if needed.

Times & Days

10:30am – Pickups/drop offs to HQ
10:45 – 11:30am – walk, chat and coffee
11:30am – 12:30pm – Gym session
